The start of your Pilates journey
We offer a complementary introductory assessment to all of our private clients and apparatus class participants who have experience with Pilates apparatus classes. This assessment includes a posture and alignment check, functional movement analysis, and goal development from an in-depth review of your health and fitness history. Pilates

PRIVATE PILATES & TRAINING
Training to meet your individual needs. We use many different forms of training to focus on you,
with one on one private training and duets.
Pilates Group Apparatus
In this in-studio Pilates class, Students will work individually on the Pilates apparatus under the
guidance of the teacher. You will use the Reformer, Cadillac, Pilates Wunda Chair, High Barrel, and some
more of Joseph Pilates inventions.

Pilates Mat
In this class, we will work on the fundamentals of Pilates, with a focus on body awareness, form, and safe
alignment. All fitness levels are welcome, and the work can easily be modified to suit individual needs.

Barre
Derived from Ballet, using the ballet barre you will go through a routine targeting areas of the body not used in any other workout. Through this fun, music driven class you will tone the body while improving strength, balance, and posture
